As I just mentioned in my intro to previous post, here goes a row of K-beauty products before I disappear for another 10 days for another trip ^__^ I hope these personal opinions on beauty items will help you with your decisions on whether to try them or not, and I also hope these products are as helpful to your skin as they are to mine~
So my second review is gonna be about Innisfree’s No-Sebum Mineral Powder.
Innisfree No-Sebum Mineral Powder
Functions: This sebum control powder is designed to portray a soft and powdery complexion.
It absorbs excess sebum for a bright, downy skin as if presently putting on makeup, restores an unhealthy balance of oil and moisture, leaving a refreshing finish, and absorbs excess sebum and oil to prevent makeup from becoming patchy, while correcting dull skin tone to keep the skin bright and radiant all day.
For: Combination/oily skin
Like/Dislike: Another TOTAL like
Reasons: I always was concerned about the excessive oil my skin produced throughout the day, and wasn’t really fond of oil absorbing sheets. So I went to Innisfree to see if they have any better solution, and was introduced to this. I was a bit worried upon purchase (it didn’t cost much, but still) that it might irritate my skin, but nope, I’m already opening a third one because I use it daily and it really helps me keeping my skin healthy! I apply it after finishing my whole skin care routine in the morning, and the powder layer also helps keeping the dust my skin collects on the outside, without getting into my pores, which is a crucial part for me since my pores are big and easily absorb unwanted stuff. It comes with a little sponge to apply, but I personally really prefer using a brush, although, I might say, this method will use up the product a bit faster than sponge. But it’s much more effective, so I don’t mind.
Will I buy it again: Guess what, I bought another 5 from the 12th anniversary limited edition series, so I’m totally using that for a long time lol
Recommendations: If you’re looking for a perfect finishing product that you barely can feel on your skin, this is your product. You can apply it right after doing your regular skin care routine in the morning, or after applying make-up! Just a little tip: if you have your make-up on, I suggest you carry the pressed mineral pact to re-apply when it gets too oily (it happens to me once a day if I have a layer of cushion on my skin).
